The job buzzs website preview 3 is much better than the other two designs. The preview 3 is much more catchy. All 3 of these designs were nice though.

The background is too dark, maybe you should try a blue or maybe a dark green? Try to make your website more effective with a colour writing in contrast to the background. There is a lot of potential in it. Good building of the websiteLucas
